The Borehole Logging Systems produced by Delta Epsilon Instruments have proven to be invaluable in the ability to quickly and accurately determine fresh water producing formations from borehole logs. Borehole logging provides the driller or exploration geologist an ability to "see" the critical characteristics of a potential well that are unobtainable by other methods. The borehole loggers from Delta Epsilon equipped with a basic combination gamma and electric logging probe can readily provide well logging data that positively identifies fresh water formations and precisely delineates their thickness as well as showing undesirable clay lenses or intrusion of brackish water.

These are all characteristics that only can be provided through borehole logging and can't possibly be known from one well to the next. A borehole logging system from Delta Epsilon can reliably and precisely provide information that assists the geologist or driller in finding fresh water and helps eliminate expensive inapproriate well completions and wasted resources. A more complete description of these groundwater log interpretation techniques for water well logging and development may be found in the "Application Notes" section of this website.
